- New with tags still on and have receipt, 30 day full refund or 1 year store credit. No receipt, 30 day store credit for last price sold. 
- New items without tags and have been used, 30 day store credit minus 15%

Shipping Returns

We'd like to make returns as hassle-free as possible!  We are happy to accept the return of any new, unused item that didn't quite work out for you within a 30-day window after your purchase. Here are your return options:

Ship your return- For general returns, we charge $6 (our standard rate), no questions asked. All items must be returned in original condition with tags, documentation and any accessories. We may refuse returned items that arrive used or damaged. Please make sure your items are packaged carefully.

Return in person- Return your item to our store in Bellingham for free!

For returns on skis, ski boots and other "oversized" items (like tents, camping chairs, backpacking packs, etc.) please contact us.

To initiate a shipping return, please contact us and provide us with your order # and reason for return. We will follow-up with a confirmation and/or any additional information we may need from you!
