Are you interested in working at an independent, family-owned, local gear shop? Have a passion for getting people outside? Fancy yourself a gear nerd? Well then, we want you! We typically hire folks late in the summer as we start to gear up for winter. During our busy winter season, we're looking for experienced Ski Technicians and Bootfitters (and all-around awesome people). We will always review completed applications & resume no matter the time of year to see if there's a fit on the team.
To apply, please send your resume and a completed application (linked below) to email@example.com. If you're applying for a specific role, please indicate that in your email.
Our shop is one of the premier bootfitting destinations in the Pacific Northwest. Applicants must know how to properly fit (and sell) ski boots (snowboard boots too) for all different skier types, skill levels and foot shapes. Experience in heat molding, custom insoles, punching/stretching shells and various other boot modifications is a bonus. Bootfitters are efficient with their time, organized and eager to learn new skills/techniques.
