The Backcountry 3.0 is designed for tireless hikers who need the maximum in stability, strength and durability. Aluminum alloy construction is sturdy and tough. Telescoping 3-segment design compacts to 65 cm when not in use. The lower segment is graduated to make it easy to set the poles at the correct length. The grip uses a unique blend of soft foam for the main part of the grip for all day comfort and a dense, grippy rubber on the top part of the grip for enhanced control and greater resistance to wear and tear. The wrist straps are easy to adjust while moving and are differentiated for right and left hands for optimal comfort. Carbide tips for the best traction and durability.
